Good morning, dear reader;
Somewhere along the way, you may have learned this idea:
π You have to be strong
π You have to handle everything
π You have to be okay
All the time.
And when you’re not…
π You feel like you’re failing
π You push yourself harder
π You hide what you really feel
- 1. You are not meant to feel good all the time
π Emotions change
π States shift
That’s part of being human.
- 2. Constant pressure creates more suffering
π The need to be okay
π Makes it harder to actually be okay
- 3. You are allowed to have difficult moments
π Sadness
π Exhaustion
π Confusion
They are not mistakes.
- 4. Let yourself be where you are
π Without forcing
π Without pretending
- 5. Being honest with yourself is a form of strength
π Not weakness
π Not failure
- 6. You don’t have to hide your reality
π From others
π Or from yourself
- 7. Give yourself permission to rest emotionally
π To pause
π To feel
π To not have answers
- 8. Speak to yourself with kindness
π “It’s okay to not be okay”
π “I can take this moment as it is”
- 9. Remember this
You don’t need to be okay all the time, to be enough.
When you stop expecting yourself to always be okay, something softens.
You breathe differently.
You relate to yourself differently.
And from there, healing becomes more real.
