🌀️ THE GUILT OF FEELING JOY AGAIN

Good morning, dear reader;

There comes a moment…, unexpected, almost quiet:

- You smile.

- You laugh.

- You feel a glimpse of lightness again.

And right after that…, something else appears: Guilt.

A voice inside you whispers:

- “How can you feel this way?”

- “Is it too soon?”

- “Does this mean you’re forgetting?”

And suddenly, what felt like a small return to life becomes something you question.

But feeling joy again is not betrayal:

- It is not a sign that the love is gone.

- It is not a sign that what you lived didn’t matter.

- It is a sign that life…, is still moving within you.

Grief and joy can coexist.

Sadness and lightness can share the same space.

One does not cancel the other.

You can miss someone deeply…, and still smile.

You can carry pain…, and still feel moments of peace.

And that doesn’t make your love any less real.

In fact, it honors it.

Because allowing yourself to feel again means you are not shutting your heart down.

You are keeping it open…, despite everything.

So when joy appears, don’t push it away.

Don’t silence it.

Let it be.

Even if it’s small.

Even if it feels unfamiliar.

Because that joy is not replacing anything.

It is helping you live.

Receive a hug from the heart and remember to share.
