🌱RETURNING TO YOURSELF WITHOUT GUILT

 Good morning, dear reader.

At some point, you may feel the need to come back to yourself.

To pull your energy inward.

To stop explaining.

To choose your own rhythm again.

Guilt for stepping back.

For needing space.

For no longer being as available, as giving, as accommodating as before.
