๐Ÿ•ฐ️GRIEF AND TIME: WHY HEALDING HAS NO DEADLINE

Good morning, dear reader;

Grief doesn’t follow a calendar. It doesn’t obey logic or time. Healing after loss is not a straight line but a quiet unfolding — different for every soul, every story, every love.

๐Ÿ’” Society often teaches us to “move on,” to return to normal as soon as possible. But grief doesn’t work that way. The truth is, you don’t get over loss — you learn to live with it. The pain softens, the tears slow down, and life finds new meaning, but the love, the memory, the connection… those remain.

๐ŸŒฟ Time doesn’t heal by itself. It’s what you do within that time — how you feel, cry, rest, remember, forgive — that opens the door to healing. Some days you’ll move forward; others you’ll need to stop and breathe. Both are part of the process.

๐Ÿ’œ There is no “too soon” or “too late” to feel better.

Healing is not forgetting — it’s allowing yourself to live again, even while carrying the memory of what you’ve lost.

So be patient with yourself.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken.

You’re simply human — learning, little by little, to walk with love and absence at the same time.

Because real healing doesn’t happen in time;

it happens through love.

Receive a hug from the heart and remember to share.
