💨DAILY EXERCISES TO EXPAND YOUR LUNG CAPACITY

Yet, most of us breathe shallowly, trapped in the rush of daily life. Learning to expand your lung capacity through conscious exercises is one of the simplest — and most powerful — ways to strengthen your entire system.
🌿 Here are a few daily practices to awaken your breath:
1. Deep diaphragmatic breathing: Place one hand on your chest and one on your abdomen. Inhale slowly through your nose, letting your belly rise, then exhale gently through your mouth. Repeat for 5 minutes.
2. Box breathing: Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold again for 4. This simple rhythm stabilizes your nervous system and increases lung efficiency.
3. Stretch and breathe: Lift your arms above your head as you inhale deeply, then lower them as you exhale. Combine gentle movement with awareness.
4. Mindful walking: As you walk, match your steps to your breath — inhale for three steps, exhale for three. Feel the rhythm between your body, lungs, and the earth beneath you.
