🥦FOOD RICH IN VITAMIN B
Good morning, dear reader;
B vitamins are essential for energy, brain health, and the proper functioning of the nervous system. They also play a key role in cellular metabolism and help reduce fatigue. Since our body cannot store most B vitamins, it's important to include them regularly. Here are some foods that are naturally rich in vitamin B:
- Legumes: lentils, chickpeas and beans are excellent sources of vitamins such as folic acid (B9).
- Vegetables and greens: Avocado, broccoli, potatoes, spinach, and other leafy greens contain various B vitamins.
- Nuts and seeds: Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pistachios, and almonds are good sources of B vitamins.
- Whole grains: Whole grain breads and cereals, as well as oat bran, provide significant amounts of B vitamins.
- Brewer's yeast is also a rich source of B vitamins, especially B1 and B2.
In the coming days, I will continue writing about the different vitamins we can find in foods, so that you can create a healthy diet based on that.
Receive a hug from the heart and remember to share.
