🌟 PRUDENCE AND PLANNING

Good morning dear reader; today, we will look at another mask that fear uses to disguise itself — this time, prudence and planning.

While being prudent is not a bad thing, as it is associated with intelligence, self-control, and reflection, the problem arises when it is taken to the extreme. This often shows an emotional difficulty in processing reality.

When reality is perceived as threatening, we believe that any action involves risk and will inevitably end in catastrophe. We fear taking a step forward, gathering courage, and taking risks. We tend to plan every possible scenario, and this means that anything that brings major change is automatically rejected.

On the other hand, extreme prudence leads us to stay within familiar territory. And what are the consequences of this? Stagnation and inaction. The fear of making mistakes hides behind prudence, along with the fear of losing control, which can also appear as perfectionism. It is impossible to prevent everything; there will always be the unexpected. Even if at first these events seem like threats, when we reflect on them, we realize they are actually opportunities to grow, learn, and evolve.

So, I invite you to let go of the illusion of being able to control everything, because not only is it impossible, but also because everything that happens is perfect for us and our personal growth.

Receive a heartfelt hug and remember to share.
