💥THE POSITIVE SIDE OF ANGER

Good morning, dear reader;

When was the last time you felt a deep, authentic anger?

Without a doubt, you must have noticed how it changes your whole body. Your muscles tense, you feel hot, your stomach hurts, your blood pressure rises, your mouth gets dry... the world speeds up, and you fear losing control.

But what if I told you that well-managed anger is one of the most valuable emotions?

  • While most "negative" emotions push us to stop or avoid situations, anger drives us to action.

  • If we use that inner energy in a clear direction and act with reason, composure, and self-confidence, this emotion can help us achieve great things.

  • If you're able to channel your anger into the right place in a creative way, you gain a great advantage over others.

As I said before, anger calls us to action.

Are you someone who procrastinates? That is, do you tend to leave things for later or for tomorrow?

Let me tell you: you may be experiencing low-intensity anger. A lack of anger might be behind your tendency to delay things or avoid making decisions.

On the other hand, if you tend to act first and think later, your anger may be high in intensity—so the key lies in balance. That’s where virtue lives.

Which of the two do you identify with?

If you relate more to the first one, ask yourself:
What am I postponing and why?
What am I afraid of?
What lies behind all these delays?

And if you identify more with the second one, ask yourself:
What is it about this situation that’s really bothering me?
Is there an unmet expectation?
How am I feeling emotionally?
Am I sad?
Does this remind me of a painful episode from my past?

I truly hope today’s post helps you in some way.

🫶Receive a heartfelt hug and don’t forget to share this message.
