1. MOVE

Move your house, your bed, your body.

Walk, go out in the mornings, step away from the routine of work, relationships, and your life patterns.

Change your perspective.

Get closer to people who allow you to be your true self and nourish your wildest dreams.

You don’t need to move mountains—shifting one small stone can work wonders.

2. TOUCH

Hug everyone you love.

Kiss people on the cheek.

Pet your cat or dog.

Savor the feel of silk, of a piece of wood, of different textures.

Moss, tree bark, stones, water…

The more you touch, the more comfortable you’ll feel with the pleasure of sensing.

3. LISTEN

Sit in silence and notice how much there is to be heard.

Listen to people—what they’re really saying.

Listen to every note of every song.

Listen to your inner voice—the one you only hear when the noise of daily life quiets down.

Hear the whisper of the leaves, the frogs calling, the crackling wood in your fireplace.

Listen with your heart, and always listen to what is never spoken.

4. FEEL

Feel pain, experience joy—until you think you might dissolve.

Let yourself laugh until it hurts, feel love from the depths of your heart.

Get angry and express your fury if needed—but do it in solitude.

If you’re not really feeling, you’re not truly alive.

5. TRUST

You know what you need to know. Stop doubting.

That internal tingling is your highest truth, and it will serve you in the best way.

You regret only when you ignore or deny your intuition.

Remember this: in the end, you—and only you—know what’s best for you.

If you find yourself painting all day without noticing time pass, that’s what you’re meant to do.

If you love walking by the ocean, find a way to go.

If you don’t fully trust yourself, you become nothing.

6. GATHER

With the men and women you love.

Drink coffee together, walk in the woods side by side, talk, read aloud for one another.

Do absolutely everything in good company.

Celebrate that your hair, your skin, your body, and your stories are different from others’—and at the same time, so alike.

Cook and eat with others.

Cry, grieve, laugh, hug someone.

7. RECEIVE

Just for once, stop giving and giving and giving to everyone but yourself. Accept compliments with grace.

The voice you need to hear, the hug, that moment to talk, the food on your table, the money you need—will always find their way to you.

Open yourself to receive.
Open your hands so they may be filled with abundance.
